Yearly production target of JF-17 aircrafts met

A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) spokesman said that 16 JF-17 Thunder aircrafts are being produced each year and the fighting force has decided to increase the manufacturing capacity.

JF-17 is a multirole fighter created with the help of Chinese experts which can fly upto 55,000 ft. up in the air and can travel twice faster than the speed of sound.  Each aircraft costs $18,00,000 cheaper than a F-16 fighter of the U.S. Air Force.

Pakistan is also manufacturing the fighter jet for other countries as well.

The country will earn foreign exchange by the sale of JF-17 aircrafts, local made tanks and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) also known as drones.
