Bilawal expresses “anguish” after his protocol claims infant’s life outside Karachi hospital

That said, the visit has been severely criticized as having directly led to the death of 10-month-old Bisma whose father was trying to take her to the emergency services area of Karachi’s Civil Hospital.

According to details, CM Sindh and PPP Chairman along with Speaker Sindh Assembly reached Civil Hospital to inaugurate the newly constructed Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Trauma Centre.

The entrance of the general public was banned due to the VVIP protocol. A huge traffic jam took place outside the medical facility whereas the ambulances were also stuck.

The father of the baby girl, expressing sadness and grief over the death of her daughter, said that the leaders do not care for anybody but themselves.

“There was a traffic jam outside the hospital. I had to abandon my motorcycle in order to reach the medical facility. I had reached the hospital but they refused to let me in”, he said.

When asked by the media persons regarding the incident, CM Sindh refused to answer any questions and just walked away.

Senior Sindh Minister Nisar Khuhro, expressed sadness over Bismah’s death but also said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s protocol is also important.
