Video: Wild animal enters parliament house

ISLAMABAD: A wild animal entered Parliament House and vandalized several offices inside the building, ARY News reported on Tuesday.

As per details, the wild animal entered the parliament house building a few days ago as well and caused damage. The dangerous wild animal was caught by police personnel when it entered the parliament for the second time.

The wildlife management board reveal that the animal that vandalized the office inside the parliament building is a wild cat which is also called a civet cat. 

The civet cat is a rare animal usually found in the Asian and African jungles. The wildlife management board officials said that the civet cat came to parliament house from Margalla Hills.

Earlier, a person was allegedly injured after a leopard attack in a private housing society in Islamabad.

After injuring a person, the leopard found shelter in an under-construction house, making it challenging for the authorities to capture the predator.

The security officials and housing society administration tried to get the leopard out of the area to ensure the safety of the residents.
