KARACHI: Two siblings who had been kidnapped from Korangi area of Karachi on April 2, were returned home safely, said their family.
The two brothers, Haris, 16 and Shayan, 14 had been kidnapped by unidentified men from Bagh-e-Korangi yesterday (April 2) when they were on their way to home.
Earlier in the day, talking to ARY News, father of the abducted brothers had said that his sons were on their way to home after taking tuition, when four unidentified men riding on two motorcycles forcefully kidnapped them in broad daylight on April 2.
He had said that a first information report about the incident had be lodged at Awami Colony police station in Korangi.
The family members and the residents of the area on Wednesday had staged a protest demonstration and blocked Sharafi Goth road. They had demanded of the government and concerned authorities to get recover the two minor brothers. They family had told ARY News that police had lodged FIR but did not take measures to recover their beloveds.

Earlier, a close circuit TV (CCTV) footage, on March 21, had been surfaced of a kidnapping incident in which unidentified man had snatched a newborn from a female beggar in city’s Baldia Town area and fled.
The incident had occurred within the remits of Madina Colony Police Station. The case had been registered by the police.
The footage had shown the man first gave a few rupees to the begging woman who had been sitting across the footpath. The man then had cradles the baby and after a few seconds he had fleed away perching on a motorbike rode by his accomplice.
