Terrorist gunned down in Quetta

Police stated that Frontier Corps (FC) and intelligence agencies carried out a search operation in Labour Colony area of Quetta after receiving information about presence of terrorists in the area.

The terrorists opened fire at the law enforcement agencies during the operation due to which three Anti-Terrorism Force (ATF) personnel were wounded.

A terrorist was shot dead in the retaliatory fire by the law enforcement agencies.

Five hand grenades, a TT pistol and a kalashnikov was recovered in the search operation by the LEAs.

Police also said that the terrorist was a foreign national and is one of the suspects behind the attack on a polio team on 26th November in Quetta, which left four volunteers dead.
