Jalali, who is leading a sit-in outside Punjab Assembly, even after the main sit-in led by Khadim Rizvi ended on Monday, had claimed that he is the true leader of Tehreek Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah (TLYRA) and does not recognize the agreement between government and TLP chief Khadim Rizvi.
Speaking exclusively to ARY News, Rizvi maintained that he or his party has nothing to do with the sit-in organized by Ashraf Jalali or his party as all the activities led by him (Rizvi) ended on Monday.
Rizvi clarified that all the sit-ins across the country were organized on his party’s call and this Lahore sit-in too should end but he (Jalali) has this “disease to take credit and we don’t have the cure for such a disease”.
Replying to Jalali’s claim that some 70 religious scholars appointed him (Jalali) as head of TLYRA, Khadim Rizvi dared Jalali to bring one scholar who elected him as head of the party.

A three-week-long dharna at Faizabad interchange of Islamabad finally ended on Monday after the government acquiesced to the demands of Tehreek Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), a political party headed by Allama Khadim Rizvi.
Hundreds of Tehreek-e-Labbaik supporters had been camping at the interchange since November 6, calling for the resignation of Federal Law Minister Zahid Hamid who they blamed for a hastily-abandoned change in the oath of elected representatives.
Jalali, who heads Tehreek Sirat-e-Mustaqeem and his own faction of Tehreek Labbaik, however, is still staging a sit-in outside Punjab Assembly demanding resignation of provincial law minister Rana Sanaullah.
