Siraj asks Altaf to apologize ‘victims’ rather than establishment

Talking to media here on Sunday, Siraj ul Haq said that it is being some 24 years that Muttahida Qaumi Movement is ‘occupying’ Karachi and claimed that international powers and some state institutions also played their role in this occupation.

He termed NA-246 by-election ‘a ray of hope’ for the people of Karachi and urged them to vote out the ‘terror and bullying’ of MQM in the megapolis.

“Altaf Hussain, yesterday, apologized the establishment, however it could not be ascertained against which crimes the MQM chief asked for pardon,” he castigated.

“The MQM chief should apologize the families of Baldia factory fire victims, lawyers who were burnt alive inside Tahir Plaza and Wali Khan Babar.”

The JI emir lamented that courts and media in Karachi are held under ‘hostage’.

Speaking about PTI’s participation in the run for NA-246 seat, Siraj said that we are in touch with Imran Khan and PTI, and if a candidate does not withdraws in favor of the other, it would not affect the ties between the two parties.
