LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leader Musaddiq Malik said on Wednesday former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s personal physician along with other medical experts will decide the course of the ailing PML-N supreme leader’s medical treatment.
The PML-N supremo arrived at his Jati Umra residence in Raiwind on Tuesday night after being released from Kot Lakhpat jail on bail. The Supreme Court earlier on Tuesday suspended the former premier’s sentence in the Al-Azizia reference and granted him bail on medical grounds for six weeks.
Speaking to ARY News, Malik said a course of action determining where and how will Sharif undergo treatment in the long run would be worked out.
“Maybe, a doctor from London be asked to come to Pakistan,” he said.
Slamming the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government, the PML-N leader said about 60 to 65 per cent of the ministers who are part of the incumbent government had served in former military ruler Pervaiz Musharraf’s cabinet.
