ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Tuesday expressed Pakistan’s resolve to highlight the plight of Kashmiris living in the Indian Occupied Kashmir at all forums.
This he stated while talking to Member European Parliament Wajid Khan and Chairman of Pak-European Union Friendship Federation Pervez Lohsar who called on him in the federal capital, here today.
Qureshi pointed out that India has increased its atrocities in Occupied Kashmir following Pulwama incident.
He said Reports of UN Human Rights Commissioner and the UK Parliament’s all party Parliamentary Group on gross human rights violations in the occupied valley has shaken the world scruples.

“These reports endorse Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir dispute”, he continued.
The FM also thanked Member European Parliament Wajid Khan for raising the plight of innocent and armless Kashmiri people at the European Parliament.
In a fresh crackdown on Monday, Indian police had arrested over a dozen youth including Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) leaders from different areas of the occupied territory.

According to Kashmir Media Service (KMS), two days after the Indian Home Ministry banned the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front led by Muhammad Yasin Malik, police arrested around half a dozen leaders including Bashir Ahmad Boya and Abdur Rasheed Mugloo from Baramulla, Ganderbal and southern districts in nocturnal raids, a senior police officer said.
