KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) on Monday issued arrest warrants of the founder of Muttahida Qaumi Movement, MQM-Pakistan (MQM-P) chief Farooq Sattar and MQM-P Leader Shahid Pasha over seditious and provoking speeches case, ARY News reported.
The court also directed arrest of 150 party workers of MQM-P including Khushbakht Shujaat, Ameen ul Haq, Khalid Maqbool and others.
Artillery Maidan police station submitted a report in the court, declaring 11 party workers including the chief wanted in cases filed against them.
Moreover, the court adjourned the bail plea hearing of MQM-London leaders including Amjadullah, Professor Hassan Zafar Arif, Qamar Mansoor, and Mehfooz Yarkhan till April 01, 2017.
