According to details, a passenger bus, heading to Kasur from Multan, collided with an oncoming van
due to which at least nine people were killed.
The van was completely destroyed in the road accident.
Rescue team arrived at the scene and recovered the deceased and wounded persons from the crashed two crashed vehicles. The injured were rushed to Nishtar Hospital for treatment.
According to the passengers, the incident took place due to excess speeding.
