Rangers recover large quantity of arms from Azizabad house

KARACHI: Paramilitary Rangers recovered a large haul of arms and munitions in a raid in Azizabad, ARY News reported on Friday.

Rangers personnel conducted a raid at a house near Khursheed Memorial Hall in Azizabad and captured large consignment of weapons, officials said.

Paramilitary personnel raided the house number 512, owned by a man Mohammad Amir and recovered arms, which were kept hidden in the wall of the store room of the house.

The arms included 20 sub-machine guns, two light machine guns, a G-3 rifle and more than 10 thousand bullets.

It is pertinent to mention here that a large consignment of the weapons was captured from a house near Nine-Zero headquarter of MQM in the past year.
