Qadri in India: “Pak, India must talk on issues with an open heart”

Dr. Qadri is currently on a week-long visit to Delhi to attend International Sufi Conference scheduled on March 20.

Speaking to Indian news agency, Qadri insisted that it’s relationship between people of Pakistan and India that need to be developed. “I am not a president, nor prime minister… this needs to be settled between governments,” he added.

The PAT chief said: “Be it Kashmir issue, Pathankot or Mumbai attacks, there should be talks like a good neighbor.”

Dr. Qadri was on the forefront with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan in a months-long protest aimed at toppling the government in 2014. The protest movement continued for 128 days.
