He said that cases were to be decided in courts and not through media trial.
The minister said that the Sindh government was being asked to investigate those who were behind these incidences.
“Security institutes should avoid letting the videos leak as it could weaken the high-profile criminal cases,” he said.
Nisar said PEMRA, Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority, had been directed to take measures to curb such incidents in future.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement, in a rebuttal statement, said Nisar was putting the responsibility on the Sindh government to befool masses.
This should be noted that in the recent days two video clips of Pakistan People’s Party leader Dr Asim Hussain and one video clip of MQM activist Minhaj Qazi were leaked.
