KARACHI: Prices of dairy products in Karachi have witnessed sharp rise after milk price shot up by Rs9 a liter on Tuesday.
Milk price has officially been raised after the city administration failed to contain the demand of the dairy farmers for price hike.

The final price was decided in this regard in a meeting chaired by Commissioner Karachi Ejaz Ahmed Khan.
Milk will now be available in the retail market for Rs94 a liter — earlier it was Rs85 a liter. This will add to the woes of the citizens.
