HYDERABAD: Seven bodies of a family were recovered from a house in Rahuki, a town of Tando Jam near Hyderabad, ARY News reported on Wednesday.
Detailing the media about the incident, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sarfaraz Nawaz said the police team reached the spot after being informed about the presence of bodies.
No marks of torture were found on the bodies, said SSP and added that bodies were approximately 48-hours old.
The bodies include a couple and their 5 children. “Further investigation into the incident was underway,” said the local police.

In another incident of the nature in 2017, bullet-riddled bodies of five men were discovered by the Levies in Kech district of Balochistan.
Deputy Commissioner Kech district had said three of the deceased have been identified as Usman Qadir, Danish Ali and Badar Munir, and all of them hailed to Punjab’s Gujrat district.
Later the bodies of the deceased were sent to the deceased’s native town of Gujrat from Lahore.
The bodies were first shifted to Karachi from Turbat via C-130 aircraft.
According to Edhi Foundation spokesperson, the bodies were shifted to one of its morgue in Karachi’s Sohrab Goth, where the ritual bathing of the bodies were performed.
