ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif wants to become a dictator, ARY News reported.
He was speaking to media outside Supreme Court of Pakistan on Thursday.
“What is the difference between Nawaz Sharif’s so-called democracy and dictatorship,” Khan asked.
The PTI chief also said that the prime minister wants to become “Ameer-ul-Momineen”.
The Tehreek-e-Insaf chief said that the premier embarrassed himself in front of the entire country by bringing the Qatari prince’s letter in the Panama Papers case.
He added that Qatari letter was not mentioned in PM Sharif’s statements on 7th November nor was it discussed in Hussain Nawaz’s interview.
Khan claimed that two people in Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are changing the documents. He added, “All the records are being altered. This is why the Qatari prince’s letter came in the limelight.”
