The three-day trip is the first official visit of a Pakistani Prime Minister to Norway in over a decade.
Pakistan’s premier was invited by his Norwegian counterpart Erna Solberg, to participate in the Oslo Summit on Education for Development.
Pakistani prime minister’s visit will provide an opportunity to hold talks on bilateral as well as global and regional issues with the leadership of the Scandinavian country.
During the visit, PM Nawaz is expected to interact with several world leaders besides addressing the Oslo summit.
The premier will also hold delegation-level talks with Norwegian prime minister. He will also meet Crown Prince of Norway Haakon Magnus.
