NOWSHERA: Passing out parade of 15th basic course of the Elite Force was held on Wednesday in Nowshera, Peshawar, ARY News reported.
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa Mehmood Khan attended the passing out parade as the Chief Guest, in which 433 cadets were passed out.
The jawans of special combat unit showed their expertise during the parade by displaying a drill of targeting the hide outs of the terrorists.
Addressing the successful recruits, CM Mehmood Khan congratulated them for completing their course.
He urged the recruits to come forward for the defence of the homeland and added that Elite force is widely known for its capabilities.
On the occasion, the KP CM announced grant of Rs 5 million for the Elite Force Training Centre Nowshera.

Last month, passing out parade ceremony of the 62nd batch of Frontier Corps (FC) troops was held at Loralai Cantt in Quetta.
Haji Abdul Ghaffar, father of martyred FC Sepoy Mohammad Umar, was the chief guest at the event. A smartly turned out contingent of FC troops presented guard of honour to the chief guest.
86 per cent of the passing out recruits were belonging from Balochistan.
Ghaffar had thanked the Pakistan army for supporting the families of the martyrs and urged the passing out recruits to serve the nation with dedication and live up to the legacy of ‘Shuhadas’ .
