KADUNA, Nigeria: Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman handed over four Super Mushshak Aircraft to Nigerian Air Force at a ceremony in Kaduna on Monday.
The Super Mushshak is equipped with glass cockpit and enhanced environmental control system, which has modernized the trainer.
Pakistan and Nigeria had signed an agreement for sale of ten Super Mushshak Aircraft to Nigerian Air Force. This contract was signed at Abuja in Nigeria last month. The contract also included operational training and technical support and assistance to Nigerian Air Force.
Super Mushshak is a primary trainer aircraft. It is a more advanced and upgraded variant of the MFI-17 Mushshak aircraft. It was designed by and is being manufactured at the Aircraft Manufacturing Factory, Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra.
