Pakistan condemns Kabul blasts

In his message, he condemned loss of human lives in bomb blasts in Kabul.

Nawaz Sharif said terrorists have no religion and they do not have any respect for humanity. He said terrorism should be dealt with iron hands, Radio Pakistan reported.

He expressed Pakistan’s unflinching stand to fight terrorism. Nawaz said Pakistan is a front line state in war against terrorism.

He said Islamabad rendered unmatched sacrifices in war against terrorism and suffered multiple losses.

The prime minister said Pakistan is ready to extend every kind of support to Afghanistan in war against terrorism.

He expressed solidarity with the people and the government of Afghanistan over the loss of precious human lives. He commiserated with the bereaved families and prayed for early recovery of injured and eternal peace for the deceased.

In a separate message, President Mamnoon Hussain expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the blasts.

He said that the menace of terrorism should be handled jointly.

Condemning the dastardly terrorist acts in Kabul Foreign Office spokesperson said the government and people of Pakistan extend their sincere condolences to the bereaved families.

He said Pakistan reaffirms commitment for continued efforts for eliminating the menace of terrorism.

A ministry of foreign affairs statement said, Pakistan strongly condemns the dastardly terrorist acts in Kabul today that resulted in the loss of a number of precious human lives while injuring several others.

“The government and the people of Pakistan extend their sincere condolences and profound sympathies to the families of the bereaved people and convey their earnest prayers and wishes for early recovery of those injured in this heinous act of terrorism,” the statement said.

Pakistan reiterates its unequivocal condemnation of terrorism in all forms and manifestations and reaffirms commitment for continued efforts and cooperation for eliminating this menace, it added
