Nawaz addresses flood victims in Uch Sharif

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, addressing flood victims in Uch Sharif, lashed out at Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and told him to help the flood victims in the country instead of engaging in sit-ins politics.

He added that the protests in Islamabad have harmed the country’s economy. He added that Khan should work for a new Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and then make a new Pakistan.

Sharif further said that the people who are demanding his resignation have wasted the time of the nation.

The prime minister said that the solar power project in Bahawalpur will provide electricity to the south Punjab region. He added that the government will provide compensation to the farmers whose houses and crops were damaged in recent floods.

Nawaz Sharif said that he will transform the country’s image by working day and night. He added that a motorway will be constructed from Lahore to Bahawalpur till Karachi. The prime minister vowed to end the power crisis in the country adding that dams are being built to end shortage of the electricity.

The premier further said that he does not speak lies for his government as his hereafter is much important to him.

The prime minister announced that a double road and a girls college will be built and a dyke will be constructed in Bahawalpur.
