ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Navy Chief Admiral Zakaullah called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad on Tuesday, ARY News reported.
Admiral Zakaullah in the meeting with the prime minister at Prime Minister House here discussed matters relating to national security with specific focus on Pakistan Navy.
The matters relating to Pakistan’s maritime security were also talked upon during the meeting.
It should be noted that Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa also met Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday.
“Professional issues pertaining to national security were discussed during the meeting between the army chief and prime minister,” a statement, issued after the meeting, said.
