MQM to present federal shadow budget tomorrow

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) announces to present federal shadow budget tomorrow in Islamabad and provincial shadow budget on June 5 in Karachi, ARY News reported.

MQM Leader Dr. Farooq Sattar demanded the package of Rs.150 billion for the Karachi. He asked for the allocation of the particular amount in federal budget for circular railway project, Mass Transit, K-4 Water Project, betterment of electricity system and for reform in industrial structure.

For Hyderabad, MQM Leader demanded Rs.20 billion while for Mirpurkhas, Nawabshah and Sukkur asked Rs.10 each.

While addressing a press briefing at MQM Headquarter Nine-Zero on Sunday, he said Altaf Hussain wants to empower people of Pakistan and to make the country developed and educated.

“The economic crisis of Pakistan can only be solved through vision of Altaf Hussain”, he added.

Farooq Sattar said Karachi cannot be neglected in budget adding if the upcoming budget should not be same as that of previous 65-years.
