Ex MD PTDC Shahjahan Khetran who was wanted to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for illegal recruitment of over 700 employees and misuse of powers.
Khetran had submitted interim bail plea in Supreme Court which was rejected by the apex court.
The court also ordered arrest of the PTDC boss, who was detained from the court premises.
Khetran has alleged that he was being subjected to political victimization by the government.
Mir Shah Jahan Khetran was appointed as managing director of PTDC by the previous PPP government.
The present government removed him from the post on Dec 1, 2013, and later NAB initiated an investigation against him.
