CM Sindh’s advisers resign from their posts following court order

KARACHI: Following orders of the Sindh High Court (SHC), three advisors and eight special assistants to the chief minister Sindh including Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh Maula Bux Chandio and Advisor to CM Sindh on Labour Senator Saeed Ghani have resigned from their posts, ARY News reported on Thursday.

According to details, Chandio, Saeed Ghani, Special Assistant to CM for Zakat and Ushr Dr Abdul Qayyum Soomro and others have sent their resignations to Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.

The Pakistan Peoples Party leaders said they have resigned acceding to the high court order regarding sacking the advisors and special assistants to the CM.

Saeed Ghani and Chandio thanked Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Co-Chairman PPP Asif Ali Zardari saying that the party put its trust on us and to maintain that trust we established good-governance for the benefits of the province.

This should be noted that the SHC had issued a notification demanding sacking all the advisors and special assistants to the CM.
