LAHORE: Alleged land grabber Mansha Bomb has been transferred from Islamabad to Lahore police station on Tuesday, ARY News reported.
A 10-member Lahore Police team headed by a deputy superintendent police brought him from Islamabad and locked up at Green Town police station. Whereas, Mansha had expressed fear that he would be murdered in Punjab Police’s custody.
He will be produced in a court on Wednesday morning.
Earlier in the morning, an anti-terrorism court in Islamabad granted one-day transitory remand of suspected land grabber Mansha Bomb who is wanted in over 70 land grabbing and terrorism cases.
The court remanded the suspect in Lahore police’s custody and directed them to present him before the relevant court on Wednesday.
Yesterday, Malik Mansha Khokhar alias Mansha Bomb was arrested from the Supreme Court premises after he surfaced there to seek protective bail.

He reportedly surrendered himself to the top court and waited for hours in the courtroom before he was taken into custody by the Secretariat police on Monday evening.
Mansha wanted to meet Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, however the latter was stated to be busy in a meeting. The suspect was transferred to the Secretariat Police Station.
During the hearing of a case, the Supreme Court was informed that Mansha was a notorious land grabber involved in encroachment of lands in Lahore’s Johar Town.
The police had been making efforts to arrest him, but he had gone into hiding.
A police official told the judges that Mansha and his sons were involved in grabbing lands in Johar Town. Over 70 cases have been registered against the land grabber, he added.
