Lahore: Four suspects arrested for their involvement in terror attacks

LAHORE: Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) in two separate raids arrested four suspects in the early hours of Monday for their suspected involvement in Bedian Road blast and Charing Cross attack, ARY News reported.

The LEAs arrested two suspects from Lahore’s Bhutta Chowk during a raid.Alleged terrorists Wali Khan and his accomplice, were arrested for their involvement in Charing Cross blast which claimed 14 lives including Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Traffic and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP).

Separately, two more

suspects were arrested in Cantt area of the city. The suspects include Ramzan Khan and an Afghan national who were taken into custody for their suspected involvement in Bedian road blast, which claimed seven lives including four soldiers of Pakistan Army and Pakistan Air Force (PAF).

It is pertinent to mention here, earlier this month a blast occurred outside a van of Census team which claimed seven lives including four security officers and injured 15 others
