Karachi: Theft case filed against two teenagers for riding uncle’s bike in secret

KARACHI: Ferozabad Police on Friday have arrested two teenage brothers in PECHS area for riding their uncle’s bike in secret and filed a theft case against them, ARY News reported.

Following the incident, Nazeer Ahmed, the uncle of the underage brothers, refuted the police claims and asserted that his nephews were riding his bike in secret instead, as most teenage boys commonly do.

“Mohsin and Ijlan were taken into custody during a police snap-checking when they were roaming around the area on my motorcycle,” Ahmed said in a video message.

He opined that both youngsters took his motorcycle, which was parked outside his friend’s residence, for grocery shopping. “They did not have the relevant documents when they were intercepted by the Ferozabad police,” he added.

He termed arrest of his nephews as ‘illegal’ and said that a fake FIR has been registered against the two minor brothers.
