Not a job of single party to end terrorism, says Altaf

LONDON: Chief of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain said that it is not the responsibility of a single political party to rid the country from terrorism, ARY News reports.

In a conversation with Pakistan Ulema Council (PUC) Chairman Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi, MQM Chief Altaf Hussain said that the attack on Karachi Airport and the security forces is a moment of concern for the entire nation.

Hussain appreciated the efforts of PUC to promote inter-faith tolerance and curb sectarianism from the county.

Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi, while agreeing with MQM Chief that the country has turned into Waziristan, said that the entire country has to be united for ending terrorism in the country.
