ISLAMABAD: The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) of Supreme Court has summoned Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on June 15 to record his statement in Panama Leaks case, ARY News reported.
The JIT has directed the PM to bring along all the relevant documents, records and other materials.
Sources said Nawaz Sharif would provide money trail of Hudaibia Paper Mills and London flats on Thursday.
Spokesperson Prime Minister House has confirmed that the prime minister has received the notice issued by the JIT to appear on Thursday at 11:00am.

Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb said that Nawaz Sharif will appear before the JIT in the Panama Papers case.
She said that the prime minister has decided to appear before the JIT to uphold rule of law and the constitution. She said the third-time elected prime minister of the country will present himself for his accountability.
ARY News correspondent Zulqarnain Haider said it was the third notice to the PM. Earlier, two notices were sent to the premier to appear before the team.
The SC on May 5 constituted a six-member JIT to probe money trail and offshore properties of the prime minister and his family.

The JIT is headed by a director of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Wajid Zia, while the other members of the JIT are State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)’s Amir Aziz, National Accountability Bureau (NAB)’s Irfan Naeem Mangi, Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)’s Bilal Rasool, Inter Services Intelligence (ISI)’s Brigadier Muhammed Noman Saeed and Military Intelligence (MI)’s Brigadier Kamran Khursheed.
The JIT has been given 60 days to probe the Sharif family’s properties and the money trail behind it as part of the verdict announced in the Panama Papers case. The Supreme Court reviews progress of the investigation after very fortnight.
Nawaz Sharif’s younger son Hassan Nawaz has appeared two times before the JIT, while the elder son Hussain Nawaz made his fifth appearance on Friday.
Sources said Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and Nawaz’s daughter Maryam would also appear before the JIT.
