Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf had announced to hold a rally in Karachi on April 19 as part of its election campaign, however the PTI candidate Imran Ismail today suggested Imran Khan to hold the rally on April 21 instead.
Both the leaders also exchanged views on the situation of the constituency and security affairs.
On the other hand, Muttahida Qaumi Movement also postponed its rally in the constituency which was due to be held today.
The MQM spokesperson told that the decision was made in order to ensure tolerance and law and order as per the policy of peace and love of the MQM chief Altaf Hussain.
It is pertinent to note here that yesterday a clash had taken place between the activists of MQM and Jamaat e Islami in Liaquatabad, while a JI rally was passing by an MQM election office.
Both the sides had accused each other for the incident.
