ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office Spokesperson Nafees Zakaria on Saturday said India was financing terrorist organizations in Afghanistan to carry out terrorist activities in Pakistan.
“On one side India is financing terrorist organizations in Afghanistan to carry out terrorist activities in Pakistan and on the other side it is targeting civilian population along Line of Control and Working Boundary,” he said.
Nafees said that any expanded Indian role in Afghanistan will not be in the interest of the region.

He said India was committing ceasefire violations because it could not digest Pakistan’s successes in the war against terrorism, Radio Pakistan reported.
The FO spokesperson said Indian troops were attacking innocent civilians and children in occupied Kashmir to hide their human rights violations. He said targeting innocent civilian populations and children was a cowardice act.
He said Pakistan was highlighting human rights violations in occupied Kashmir by the Indian troops at all the international forums effectively.
