Addressing his workers and supporters at D-chowk on Wednesday, Imran Khan expressed his discontentment over the end of PAT sit-in. He told that the core committee had inquired him about his stay in Islamabad, adding, “I replied them that I had vowed not to move away without the resignation of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and I am firm on my decision”.
The PTI chief said that Dr Qadri’s aim was different from us; however he thanked the PAT chief for making joint efforts to awaken the nation.
He lamented that the current rulers are plundering the national wealth ruthlessly and every single Pakistani stands today under a debt of Rs 90 thousand.
Khan while addressing the people of Pakistan, urged them to stand up today or tomorrow these rulers will be enslaving their children.
“Today there exist monarchy and status quo on one side, while on the other stands a true democracy”, added the skipper.
He vowed to stay at D-chowk Islamabad, even if the party funds were ended and the workers returned to their homes.
“As long as I am alive, I will stay here, in case the PM does not step down”, said Imran Khan.
The PTI chairman said he will keep exposing the rulers through this sit-in and will make PM Nawaz Sharif and all others declare their assets.
