Grand opposition alliance aimed at derailing democracy, says Rafiq

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Railways, Khwaja Saad Rafiq has said that the ones talking about grand opposition alliance, want to derail the democratic system of the country – ARY News reports.

Talking to media outside the Parliament House on Friday, Khwaja Saad Rafiq said that Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief, Sheikh Rasheed cannot be permitted to hijack the entire train by reserving only two bogies.

‘If he is fond of a train march, then he should also fulfill it at his own expense’, said the Minister for Railways.

Taking exception to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman, Rafiq said that Imran Khan is being troubled by the grief of not becoming the Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Commenting on security threats to Tahir ul Qadri, he said that there is no life threat to Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief; however he will be provided fool-proof security.
