The bench will hear the case on Wednesday June 18.
Former president Pervez Musharraf in a petition in the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday requested for permission to leave the country earlier.
The high court in a recent decision had ordered the removal of Musharraf’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL) after 15 days granting the government time to appeal against the court decision.
Barrister Farogh Naseem, Musharraf’s counsel, had appealed to the court to allow the former president to leave the country at the earliest to visit his ailing mother.
