Talking to journalists after the All Parties Conference in Islamabad, Fazl said that religious seminaries are a part of a grand educational network of country providing free residence, books and other educational facilities to students.
The cleric added that a registration system for madressahs was developed in 2004 but USA and west spread false propaganda against seminaries for their vested interests.
About the death penalty, he said that it should be implemented without discrimination keeping in view all legal and judicial requirements.
About the establishment of military courts, he maintained that Majlis-e-Ulema (Religious Scholars Council) will look into the matter and if the act is constitutional, the council will not object upon it.
