According to details, the alley where MQM’s senior leader resides was raided, cordoned off and the security camp along with the barriers around the MNA’s house were removed.
During the raid, three persons were arrested. Two of them were namely Yasir and Rao Shamshad while the name of the third person is not known yet.
Yasir is said to be a neighbour of Farooq Sattar and is not an MQM worker according to the MNA himself.
Talking to ARY News, MQM leader said that his party has always supported operation and but this sort of action is beyond his comprehension alleging that during the raid, even licensed weapons were taken.
MQM MNA complained that the removal of security camp around his house has made him vulnerable to any kind of terrorist attack.
