The court also extended the bail of former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gillani.
Amin Fahim and Gillani appeared in the court on Thursday. A large number of People’s Party workers and members of Sarwari Jamaat were also accompanied with them.
The Sindh High Court (SHC) had earlier restrained the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) from arresting Amin Fahim, a former federal commerce minister.
The cases were registered against Fahim, and some senior officials of the TDAP by the FIA for their alleged role in approving and disbursing fraudulent trade subsidies.
