Bilawal Bhutto holds developed countries responsible for climate disaster

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto expressed concerns over the climate change in Pakistan stated that the poor nations are suffering from the consequences of the climate crisis created by developed countries, ARY News reported on Tuesday.

According to details, the Foreign Minister talked about the situation of rains in various regions of the country and stated that the poor nations are suffering from the consequences of the climate crisis created by developed countries.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed sorrow and grief over the loss of valuable lives during the accidents that occurred during the rainfall.

The foreign minister said that due to climate change, rains already started in Pakistan causing floods in the rivers and canals of various parts of the country, including Balochistan.

He said that a large number of those affected by the previous record-breaking rains are still waiting for help, and the work of restoring hundreds of thousands of houses and infrastructure is still incomplete.

The Foreign Minister Bilawal said that all relevant institutions and authorities, including National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), should remain vigilant in view of the rains and people should take precautionary measures during the rains and avoid traveling.
