LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) has extended the interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zubair Khan Niazi in a case related to ‘attacking’ police mobiles in Lahore, ARY News reported on Monday.
As per details, the PTI leader appeared before the anti-terrorism court in a case pertaining to the police mobile attack during the ‘Jail Bharo Tehreek’
The prosecutor told the court the JIT is conducting the investigation in this case along with other cases and the investigation report will be submitted to the court by the JIT.
Furthermore, the ATC summoned the JIT report on the next hearing.
The ATC has already accepted the post-arrest bail plea of the other accused PTI leader Ibad Farooq in the same case.

Earlier, the Police booked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Zubair Khan Niazi and Ibad Farooq in a case related to ‘attacking’ police mobiles in Lahore.
The case was registered against PTI leaders under sections of terrorism and vandalism on the complaint of Sub-Inspector Afzal Virk at Police Station Civil Lines in the provincial capital.
The PTI leaders Zubair Niazi, Mian Ibad and other accused are also involved in vandalism, the police had said.
