ARY News Islamabad bureau chief, Sabir Shakir on Tuesday quoted sources as saying that the government has tasked the Ministry of Interior to inform the British authorities about recent developments with respect to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement and the details of a case registered against its chief, Altaf Hussain.

It was further reported that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – the main channel to communicate with other countries – has not yet received any instructions to contact the United Kingdom on the issue.
