According to details, Arshad opened fire at Usman Bhatti who was taking selfies with the weapon he borrowed from a security guard.
Bhatti was rushed to a medical facility where he succumbed to his injuries.
The brother of the slain person said that the incident was an accident and have forgiven the shooter.
“Usman had already forgiven Arshad in the wounded condition”, he added.
