Yasir Shah set to become fastest 100 Test wicket taker

Yasir Shah needs just 19 wickets to become fastest 100 wicket taker bowler in the history of test cricket. This record is held by GA Lohmann of England who took 100th wicket in his 16th test match in 1896 against South Africa.

Yasir Shah has taken five wicket haul in first innings of his 13th Test match to reach his 81st wicket. Now, he is left with 19 wickets in next five innings, which does not seem a big deal with the pace he has started to rip off English wickets.

It is also pertinent here to mention that Yasir holds record of the fastest 50 Test wicket taker in Pakistan. He achieved this feat in his 9th international Test match.
