World T20 trophy unveiled in Lahore

Pakistan’s women’s team captain Sana Mir, Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board’s Executive Committee Najam Sethi, Chief Operating Officer PCB Subhan Ahmad and Commissioner Lahore unveiled the trophy in a ceremony here.

World T20 2016 will take place in India in March and Pakistan will kick off its campaign against a qualifying team.

The trophy is currently touring Pakistan. One day captain Azhar Ali had unveiled the trophy at Peshawar’s Army Public School on Monday.

Sethi, speaking to media on the occasion, said that Pakistan has its eyes set on winning the tournament and the title will return to the country soon.

The trophy will be taken to Kinniard College after which it will be moved to Gaddafi Stadium.
