Some unidentified person uprooted an ATM with cash over Rs 37 lakh in Delhi’s Kotla Vihar area. The authorities are currently looking into the situation by the help of CCTV video.
An ATM with cash over Rs 37 lakh was uprooted and stolen in Delhi’s Kotla Vihar area on December 10. The incident took place in West Delhi’s, Kotla Vihar Phase- 2 of the Ranhola area where some unknown miscreants stole the ATM of the State Bank of India (SBI).
A State Bank of India ATM was stolen in the incident, containing more than Rs 37 lakh in cash was uprooted and taken on 10 December in Dehli’s Kotla Vihar neighbourhood.
Nearly Rs 37,79,000 cash was present in the ATM when it was uprooted and stolen by the robbers. Surprisingly, the ATM guard was also not present at the booth on the day when the incident took place.
As per the reports, the ATM stopped working at 3:35 am on December 10. When the bank officials went to check the status, the ATM was missing from the booth.
The bank officials immediately informed the police who are investigating the case on the basis of the CCTV footage.
