VIDEO: Man brutally assaults two women in India for sheltering puppies

A 43-year-old assaulted two women for bringing puppies inside their housing society at Kothrud.

Sejal Saraf, in her early twenties, and her mother Sonali had adopted two puppies from the street and offered them food. Since they brought the puppies into their house — Mahatma Society in Kothrud — the move was opposed by accused Milind Kale, who lives in the same society.

According to Kale, the puppies would have been a source of nuisance for the residents.

As the Sarafs refused to leave the puppies out on the street, Kale allegedly assaulted them. Both the mother and the daughter were injured and the incident was captured in a nearby CCTV camera.

The man has been arrested on charges of physical assault and molestation.
