According to details, the two police officers named Javed Qureshi and Akhtar Qureshi brawled over property on Thursday evening. One of the brothers, Javed, opened fire during the brawl leaving an 11-year passerby Aqsa and an old man Muslim Shakir injured.
The residents of the area tried to end the brawl by snatching weapon from Javed but in result of the scuffle, he also sustained head injury.
The injured persons were rushed to Mayo Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Shahdara Police has taken the offender policeman in its custody and initiated investigation of the incident.
