Sierra Leone

Sierra Leone country best known for its white sand beaches is located in the west of Africa and it is the smallest country of Africa region. It ranks 11th smallest country in Africa region and 117th worldwide.

The country was first named during the 15th century which was given by a Portuguese explorer it is also the mining center as the country is rich in gold, diamonds, bauxite and titanium-dioxide.

For its though it has relatively large population of more than 8 million people and growing. Despite the day to day hardship, Sierra Leoneans have always been praised for their religious tolerance.

Sierra Leone citizens have seen a civil war which continued more than a decade the climate of the country is tropical which is categorized as rainy and dry seasons.
