Nearly half of the world population lives in poverty defined as less than two US Dollar a day and that one and sixth people live in extreme poverty less than a US Dollar 25 but penury is not just about the lack of money it’s about a lack of opportunity a lack of choices a lack of access of all sort of need that many of us consider essential to life penury is about a lack of hope.
Poverty doesn’t have just one facet and so we cannot fight poverty with just single solution it can only be solve with togetherness more than giving what we do not use for ourselves togetherness is needing what we cannot be by ourselves alone.
According to world bank survey a person who is living with an income pf below 1.90 US Dollars per day he will be regarded as below poverty line.
